Preregistration Online Now Available If you've been scheduled for a lab test, X-ray, surgery, to deliver a baby or any other scheduled service, just point your Web browser at least two days prior to your appointment to www.huronregional.org. On the home page in the upper right-hand corner, you'll find a burgundy tab labeled "PREREGISTER." Simply click the tab and follow the instructions to complete the online form. Once you've completed the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your information will be entered into HRMC's patient information system. Upon arrival at the hospital, go to the Admissions desk located in the front lobby of the main hospital. We will ask you to verify your registration information and have you sign authorization forms.
