Alzheimer's Support Group

Where:    Sunquest Village
When:    Meets the third Tuesday of every month at 3 p.m.

Heart Smart Cardiac – Better Breathers Pulmonary Support Group

Go Red for Your Heart Luncheon

Where:    Huron Towers Auditorium
When:    11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
HRMC's Go Red luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m. and will conclude promptly at 1 p.m. A delicious heart-healthy lunch will be served. Tickets are just $5 and can be purchased at HRMC's information desks or securely online at www.huronregional.org. Seating is limited so purchase your tickets today!

Heart Screenings

Where:    HRMC Huron Towers Auditorium
When:    7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Cost:    $15
HRMC is offering discounted heart disease screenings that are designed to educate participants as well as identify their risks. This is a fasting test, so participants should not eat or drink anything for nine to 12 hours before the appointment. Appointments are required and available by calling 605-353-6253 weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

HRMC Foundation Papa Luigi Goes to Disney World

Where:    Huron Event Center
When:    Social at 6 p.m., Dinner at 7 p.m.
Join the fun at the eighth annual "A Night with Papa Luigi" and help raise funds to benefit HRMC's dialysis unit. Celebrity waiters and waitresses costumed as Disney characters will serve guests and compete to earn tips and raise money to help replace life-sustaining dialysis machines.

NAMI-Huron (National Alliance for Mental Illness)

HRMC Prenatal Education Classes

Where:    Huron Towers Auditorium
When:    7:30 p.m.
Prenatal education classes are structured to prepare expectant parents for childbirth and are taught by certified childbirth educators. Each session includes four classes and is recommended to be taken during the last trimester of pregnancy. A one-time fee of $20 covers the cost of materials. Breastfeeding Class
A breastfeeding class is also offered on the third class date of each prenatal education session at 6:30 p.m.
