Men, make no more excuses.

The people you love depend on you. Can they count on you to take care of your health?

No-Shave November is a time when men across the country let their hair grow long and beards get bushy for cancer awareness, all while donating the money they’d have spent on shaving and trimming to help those battling cancer. No-Shave November is not just about not shaving, but it’s also a great time to move your own health to the front burner.

HRMC is continuing this movement by hosting Pop-Up Pit Stops throughout December at community events. Stop by for a free prostate cancer screening*, blood pressure check and take-home colorectal cancer screening kit. It’ll take only 5-10 minutes, and it could save your life! While you’re there, have some fun with the Mustache photo booth.

As an added incentive, any man who takes advantage of the free screenings will be entered into a drawing to receive either a $150 or $100 Runnings Farm & Fleet Gift card!
