“Both Levi and Mati have the mission of HRMC and the Foundation at heart,” said Larson. “They embody our core values of being respectful, engaged, available, competent and helpful and I’m confident they’ll continue to advance our mission to improve the wellbeing of those in our region now and into the future.”
Kary steps into the human resources director position formerly held by Nicola Larson, who has led the department for over four years. Nicola Larson will transition into a focused role to support the hospital’s critical workforce needs, handling all staff, provider and physician recruitment.
In addition to Felderman, the HRMC Foundation will be supported by Yendy Castillo, who has been promoted to Foundation Office Manager. Cassidy Frericks, HRMC Marketing Specialist, will continue to support marketing and communications efforts for the organization. These changes are part of HRMC’s ongoing efforts to ensure each individual is in the right position to align with organizational goals and community need and to advance the mission of the hospital to improve the wellbeing of individuals in our region by providing high quality health care while continuing the work of the Foundation to ensure that care is available in Huron now and into the future.
