HRMC Cutest Baby Contest Voting Open
April 04, 2016
Huron, S.D. – Voting for Huron Regional Medical Center’s eighth annual Cutest Baby contest is now open according to Kim Rieger, VP of marketing for HRMC.
During the month of March, parents and grandparents were encouraged to enter a picture or short video of their precious baby. To be eligible, entrants needed to be under the age of 12 months as of the contest start date and live in HRMC’s seven-county service area.
“We’ve made some changes this year to make it more fun and interactive,” said Rieger. “The changes have resulted in a record number of 83 very cute babies – now it’s time for the voting to begin!” New this year, people can vote for a baby once every 24 hours.
Winners will be chosen via a People’s Choice vote. Throughout the month of April, the public is invited to go to the hospital’s Facebook page and vote for one of the 83 entries to choose the “2016 Cutest Baby.” The top vote getter will receive: a $100 gift certificate for a photo session at one of several photography studios in Huron, a gift basket with the latest baby gear (valued at $100), a commemorative onesie and blanket, and a chance to star in an HRMC television commercial. 1st Runner-Up will receive: gift basket with the latest baby gear (valued at $50).
To view the babies and vote, visit HRMC’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/huronregionalmedicalcenter. Voting closes at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2016.
