Prenatal Class Payment Form

Thank you for registering for HRMC's Prenatal Classes!

You're all registered! The cost of the class is $25 and covers all materials and supplies needed. If you need assistance paying for the class, we will contact you now that you've registered and no further action is required.

Classes will be held in the conference room of the Birthing Center, located on the third floor of the main hospital. Rest and nutritional breaks are included. Please remember to wear a mask. If you do not have one, we have extra available.
