Being in the hospital or having a medical procedure performed isn’t something people always have planned or budgeted. With the increasing popularity of high-deductible health plans and larger co-payments, health care can be a big expense even to those who have health insurance.

To help patients, out-of-pocket estimates for planned and routine hospital services, like medical imaging, surgery and childbirth, based on their health insurance plan are available. The estimate gives the patient an idea of what they may expect to pay.

Because each person’s medical needs and type of insurance, Medicare/Medicaid coverage varies, estimates are just approximate expenses.

Our business office is able to offer you an out-of-pocket estimate for routine and planned services and can assist you in creating payment plans. Additionally, please contact your health insurance company to ensure the services are covered under your insurance benefits.
