    We WANT to know how we're doing!

    Thank you for choosing Huron Regional Medical Center. Your evaluation is the most important part of our efforts to continuously improve and maintain the quality of care and services. By sharing your thoughts and feelings you can help us improve the care we provide.

    HRMC is administering two types of surveys - one for outpatients and one for inpatients. Please review the survey types below to see what best explains your service:

    I received outpatient services (no overnight stay) or stayed as a Swing Bed patient.

    Outpatient services do not require an overnight stay and include: Lab, Test, X-ray, Pro Rehab, Same Day Surgery, Treatment, Emergency Room or HRMC Physicians Clinic.

    Outpatient services also include Swing Bed; therefore, you may have stayed overnight but for observational purposes only.

    To provide feedback about your hospital outpatient service or clinic visit, fill out our online comment card.

    I received inpatient services (overnight stay).

    HRMC has partnered with Press Ganey to conduct Inpatient Satisfaction surveys via mailed surveys. Since you had an overnight stay at HRMC, you will receive a mailed survey from Press Ganey at the address you provided upon admission to HRMC. Please do not click the survey link above to provide feedback.

    When you receive the mailiing, approximately 7-10 days after your discharge, we would like you to take a few minutes to answer questions and share your thoughts of your experience at HRMC. This feedback will help us to continuously improve our service to others.
