Felderman Promoted to Marketing and Communications Director

Director
Huron Regional Medical Center (HRMC) is pleased to announce Mati Felderman has been promoted to director of marketing and communications, according to Erick Larson, president and CEO for HRMC.
In her new role, Felderman will be responsible for planning, development, implementation and evaluation of marketing, image and public awareness for HRMC. She will also manage media, employee, community and provider relations relative to HRMC’s mission, vision and values.
Felderman has served as administrative assistant/physician services coordinator at HRMC for four years, representing the administrative team through interactions with leadership, board, medical staff and the community. She’s also been the first contact for physician recruitment, provider credentialing and privileging. She will take on her new role while helping to ensure a smooth transition in the administration support office.
“Mati possesses a clear understanding of the HRMC strategic initiatives and consistently strives to provide insight and assistance in creating positive experiences for our employees and consumers,” said Larson. “Her broad knowledge of HRMC through her role in administration, paired with her education and commitment to the HRMC core values will serve her well as director of marketing and communications.”
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota. Felderman began her career in the non-profit sector as a development manager for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Rapid City.
“I am excited to take on this new challenge in my career,” said Felderman. “I look forward to connecting the communities we serve to the excellent care team and services we provide at HRMC.”
Felderman and her husband, Chad who is CEO/General Manager for Dakota Energy, live on their family farm south of Doland and have two sons, Noah and Jaxson.
